Third-party transparency

Service Providers

Lou-Re sends only the information needed for an enabled feature to the providers that deliver it.

Effective August 20, 2026. This operational policy is intended for attorney review before full commercial launch.

Telnyx

Production telephony and voice connection when a Telnyx line is activated.

Deepgram

Speech-to-text transcription when enabled through the phone provider.

ElevenLabs

How this list works

A provider receives data only when the related feature is configured. For example, Lou-Re Calendar works without giving Google access; Google Calendar receives appointment data only if the business later enables external synchronization, and Stripe receives payment information only after checkout is activated. Lou-Re does not authorize providers to use customer data for their own advertising.

Changes

Lou-Re will update this list before adding a provider that materially changes how personal information is processed. Affected businesses will receive additional notice when required. Questions or objections can be submitted through the privacy request form.
