Accessibility Statement
Lou-Re is working toward an owner portal and public website that people can use with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, and assistive technology.

Lou-Re aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the public website and core owner workflows. We use semantic headings, labeled forms, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and plain-language error messages.
Known limits
The service is still in pilot development and has not yet completed an independent accessibility audit. Voice calls can also create barriers, so businesses should maintain an alternative contact method for callers who cannot or do not want to use the AI phone flow.
Request help or report a problem
Use the request form, choose “Another privacy question,” and describe the page, device, browser, and assistance needed. Lou-Re will provide a reasonable alternative method and prioritize verified barriers.
