Provide only enough information to locate the correct Lou-Re account or call. We may ask for additional proof before disclosing or deleting data. Never send a password, recovery code, government ID number, full payment card, bank information, or medical record.
What happens next
Your confirmation includes a reference number. Lou-Re will review the request, verify identity, and respond within the period required for your location. If Lou-Re cannot complete a request, the response will explain why and how to appeal when that right applies.
